GENERAL PURCHASE CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE-SALE

2. INFORMATION PRIOR TO CONTRACTING AND USER ACCEPTANCE
These General Conditions of sale are permanently displayed on the website owned by EDICARDS, and every user may be previously informed of the conditions of the price, characteristics, rights and, in general, of all the conditions under which the sale will be carried out. These General Conditions, together with the specific request made through the Internet by the USER, imply the formalization of the purchase and sale contract between EDICARDS and the USER who declares to be of legal age, to have sufficient capacity to contract and to have read, understood and accepted the present conditions.
3. POST-HIRING DOCUMENTATION AND INFORMATION
EDICARDS, at the time of contracting, unless there are causes that justify a delay, will send to the email address that the USER has previously specified, confirmation of the contracted product, cost, with a breakdown of taxes if applicable, as well such as shipping costs, if borne by the USER.
4. RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF EDICARDS.
4.1. PRODUCT DELIVERY.
EDICARDS undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address that the USER indicates on the order form. EDICARDS will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the data entered by the USER in the order form does not correspond to reality or has been omitted. The delivery period starts counting from the moment EDICARDS receives the amount of the order via POS to the virtual account owned by it.
EDICARDS, in any case, is committed to ensuring that the shipment is made in the shortest possible time, with the normal duration being 48-72 working hours from Monday to Friday, from confirmation of payment in the Iberian Peninsula, 4-6 working hours. days in the Balearic Islands. Delay in shipping does not imply the resolution of the sale nor does it give rise to compensation for this reason.
An online invoice detailing the merchandise of the complete order accompanies each shipment. If you want to request a tax-deductible invoice, the USER must contact the EDICARDS administration by email info@edicards.com, who will request the billing information and will send you the requested invoice as soon as possible. The recipient is obliged to verify that the components requested in their order to EDICARDS and that of said invoice match. Likewise, it must be verified that the number of packages that appears on the carrier's delivery document coincides with the number of packages delivered.
It is an essential condition that any incident regarding the merchandise received or its packaging be recorded in the observations section of the carrier's delivery document. It is also essential that EDICARDS is notified of said incident within a maximum period of 24 hours by email to the address info@edicards.com .
In case of cancellation of the order, the customer must pay the costs derived from it, both for delivery and return. All orders will be sent through a transport agency. If after two attempts it is impossible to deliver your order, the carrier will leave a receipt as the package is located for a period of 10 days at the nearest branch to your location. Once the 10-day period has passed, the shipment will return to EDICARDS.
4.2. EDICARDS RESPONSIBILITY
EDICARDS will in no case be responsible:

- Product warranties are those established by the manufacturers. The warranty does not cover defects or breakages caused to the product by misuse, knocks, manipulations or other actions that lead to unjustified deterioration of the item. EDICARDS accepts the return of products as long as they are defective or do not reach the USER in correct condition. For more information on this point, read the “Guarantees, Returns and Withdrawal” section in these same General Conditions.
- EDICARDS reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, modifications and updates to the information contained on the website, its configuration and presentation and the conditions of access. EDICARDS reserves the right to interrupt access to its Website or any of its contents at any time and without prior notice.
The USER expressly renounces claiming any contractual or pre-contractual liability for possible damages or losses arising from what is stated above in this clause. In any case, the responsibility of EDICARDS, if it fails to comply with what is stated in this agreement according to the terms of these general conditions, will be limited to the return of the amount of the products that, if applicable, the USER could have paid and always after refund by the USER. of the USER of the product in question.
5. RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USER.
5.1. PAY

5.2. USER RESPONSIBILITY

6. GUARANTEES, RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL

The warranty applies as long as the product is used under normal operating conditions determined by the manufacturers. EDICARDS is not obliged to compensate the user or third parties for the consequences of the use of the product, whether direct or indirect damages, accidents suffered by people, damage to property unrelated to the product, loss of profit or loss of profits, damages that come from a deterioration.
The products are out of warranty for the following reasons:
- If they have received, once delivered to the customer, any deterioration due to external events, accidents, poor follow-up of instructions or change in electrical voltages.
- Products modified or repaired by the USER are also excluded.
EDICARDS will only accept the return of merchandise if:
(1). The merchandise has not been modified.
(2). Within the period established for this purpose by the Law, the USER may exercise their right of resolution or withdrawal. By virtue of the provisions of the Retail Trade Regulation Law, as well as what is regulated by community regulations (Directive 97/7/EC), EDICARDS will grant a period of 7 days for this right, computed from the moment of receipt of the order. In this case, the customer may return any product without any type of incident. EDICARDS will accept the exercise of the aforementioned right only and exclusively when the merchandise is in the same state (not unsealed) in which it was delivered, with its corresponding original packaging and with all the products that made up the order. The product must be in perfect condition and ready for sale, in addition to having met the requirements established in the point that describes the delivery (“Product Delivery” Point). The USER will assume the costs derived from the return and free shipping if there is
enjoyed it.
(3). Likewise, if EDICARDS makes a shipment and the USER, for reasons beyond the control of EDICARDS, decides to reject the order, the USER will assume the costs derived from both the sending of the delivery and the return of the package to EDICARDS plus commissions and management expenses. .
(4). EDICARDS will accept the return of the merchandise when the product delivered does not correspond to the one requested by the client (that does not match that specified in the order and for reasons attributable to EDICARDS) as long as EDICARDS has not previously communicated this to the client and had obtained your express consent; or when the product has been damaged during transport, internally or externally, during shipping. The merchandise travels to its destination insured at all risks by the transport company. EDICARDS will be exempt from all liability in relation to possible breakages or defects in the product packaging produced after its delivery if they have not been noted on the delivery note. If these conditions are not met, EDICARDS will not assume any responsibility for said merchandise. In this case, all collection and new delivery costs will be borne by EDICARDS.
The USER must notify EDICARDS of the reason for the return by sending an e-mail to info@edicards.com, indicating: (i) Name and surname; (ii)Order number; (iii) Online invoice number; (iv) Contact telephone number; (v) Reason why you wish to make the return; and, (vi) Any other
observation that you consider relevant.
Once this information is received, your incident will begin to be processed.
7. TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
EDICARDS and the USER may terminate this contract for any of the causes established by law and in particular for non-compliance with these General Conditions.
8. INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHTS
The industrial and intellectual property of the logos, emblems, photographs, texts or other elements of this WEB site belong to their owners. Any violation of the intellectual or industrial property rights of this Website will be subject to the appropriate legal measures to achieve their protection.
9. MODIFICATION OF THESE GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS

10. LEGAL NOTICE – JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
These general conditions are governed by Spanish legislation, which will be applicable in relation to its validity, interpretation, execution and compliance. All discrepancies, claims and controversies regarding the provisions above will be resolved by the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Lleida, with the USER expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply. In the event that any clause of this document is declared void, the other clauses will remain in force and will be interpreted taking into account the will of the parties and the very purpose of these conditions. EDICARDS may not exercise any of the rights and powers
conferred in this document, which will not imply in any case the waiver thereof unless expressly recognized by EDICARDS.
